It's possible and he has been known to be a magician. He did get rid of Scuderi and Perron when they were playing their worst hockey for us. Seems about right timing for a Fleury and Fehr trade.

Sheary is fine on the LW, but that RW is a giant glaring black hole with no hands that kills all rushes and plays in an instant.

Anyone with Rust is horrible. I wouldn't want him on my line in beer league.

Obviously we will add a dman. Question on whether it's a 7d or a guy we want to play. Only guy at risks of coming out of the lineup would be daly and acquiring a rental better than him would be expensive

I like Guentzel playing with Malkin a lot. However, I would invert Hornqvist and Rust. Rust seems to play well with Malkin and the added skill of Guentzel on that line can allow Rust to do what he does best. Meanwhile, it reunites a line that has clicked very well this season.

That is, if they're deadset on keeping Kessel on his own line. I wouldn't at all mind seeing Kessel back with Crosby or Malkin.

I would do the same.
sheary - sid - horny
Guentzel - Malkin - rust
Hags - bones - kessel
is good. honestly I wouyld put kessel instead of rust at malkins right but that is just me stuck in the 2 line model.

Agree with you totally. HBK isn't what it was last year and Kessel plays well with Geno. We need to do whatever we can possibly do to create a flurry of goals while our defense is in disarray.

Ruhwedal/ Warsofsky pairing is absolutely terrifying. Mix Oleksy in and it's worse. We can all at least agree our best 2 dmen are missing time at the moment and someone has to step up. Time for Dailey to play like he did last year wen Letang was out. Our power play has been absolute trash lately too. I know it's all part of the game but I hate the valleys and hope we are climbing a mountain right now.
